ReplyDeletemerry christmastide to you too. You are welcome at my table anytime...or Sea Cottage. One day when my cottage becomes an empty nest I want to make two of the rooms pretty for people to come stay if they like...so I won't be so lonely. Kind of like a bed and breakfast. Wouldn't that be fun! I'm sure some of the beautiful ladies in our blogging community would want to. I will bake homemade scones to go with tea and coffee.

ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing this wonderful post at Potpourri Friday! Have a very Merry Christmas and wonderful Holiday Season!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful post Sister in Christ :)
ReplyDeleteIt is through him that has lead us down a path that we meet in a journey of blogging no matter how far apart we are the Lord sends us on the right path nudging us all to meet up I am certian of it.
On these grounds, through these experiences, we seek, and God reveals and continues to reveal His faithfulness and unending love!
Like the wise men from long ago… Through blessings and blows, we journey to find the One we celebrate even now. The journey, as the “star in the east”, directs us to the Christ who committed His love long before the beginning of time it is through him we have met up and find sisterly love.
Blessings my sweet friend
Merry Christ-mas
xoxo

I have a nativity tree in my living room. It blesses me as I unwrap each ornament and place them on the tree...each time my grandchildren ask, "Can we talk about the tree. I don't, however, have this ornament and really, that's the best part of the Christmas story -- that He came and brought light into the darkness.
